What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes officially available for sale. Pre-ordering helps secure your purchase of products that may be in high demand or have limited availability.
Payment
Payment is required at the time you place your pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Your pre-order will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Release Dates
Release dates displayed on our website are based on information provided by manufacturers and distributors.
These dates are estimates only and may change without notice due to production delays, shipping delays, allocation changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
PockePack is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier delays.
Product Allocation
Although we work closely with trusted suppliers to fulfill every pre-order, product allocations from manufacturers or distributors may occasionally be lower than expected.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited allocation or product availability, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.
Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as inventory is received and your order has been processed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless separate shipping arrangements are offered or selected at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request separate shipments.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order before it has been processed for shipment.
Once a pre-order has entered processing or has been prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Price Changes
The price you pay at the time your pre-order is placed will be honored, even if the retail price increases before release.
If a pricing error occurs due to a technical or administrative mistake, PockePack reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Any promotional gifts, bonuses, or special offers associated with a pre-order are available only while supplies last and may be subject to eligibility requirements.
